CReATe Durham Fertility’s team of specialists will support your dreams of parenthood by providing a personalized treatment plan based on your needs. Based on your medical assessments, the program recommended for you could be multi-faceted and may include diagnostic tests and imaging, medical management, counseling, or surgery. The plan may also leverage the support of external third-party agencies for egg, sperm donation, or surrogacy. It is important to note that while most of the recommended treatment plan is covered under Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP) or other insurance plans, some may be out-of-pocket expenses. Consultation with a Fertility Specialist

At CReATe Durham Fertility, all consultations with our fertility specialists are covered by the Ontario Health Insurance Plan (OHIP). If you have been trying to conceive and start a family for over a year, you may be experiencing infertility. Feel free to request an appointment with our specialists. You may ask your family doctor or primary care doctor to provide you with a referral.

If you do not have OHIP, you can also refer yourself by clicking here.
